1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund.
  • After Shipment: We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

We gladly facilitate returns and exchanges of unused products within 30 days of receipt.

Return Acceptable (Must be in Original Condition):

To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut lace, unbleached hair, and unwashed texture. Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.

  • Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to the standard refund policy.
