We gladly facilitate returns and exchanges of unused products within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition β with uncut lace, unbleached hair, and unwashed texture. Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.
