Return Acceptable (Must be in Original Condition):
To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut lace, unbleached hair, and unwashed texture. Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.
- Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to the standard refund policy.
